2. Account Responsibility: You’ll need an account to save scans and access your dashboard. Keep your login safe — you’re responsible for activity tied to your profile.
3. Plans & Features: We offer multiple subscription options. Each includes different levels of scan access, support, and features. You can upgrade or cancel your plan at any time.
4. Billing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Charges occur at the start of each billing cycle, and your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled.
5. Content Ownership: StyleLens AI and its tools, visuals, data, and technology are owned by us or our partners. Please don’t copy, reuse, or resell without our written consent.
6. Service Limitations: While we aim to deliver high-quality results, we can’t guarantee 100% accuracy or uptime. We’re not liable for issues arising from use of the platform.
7. Account Suspension: We may suspend or deactivate your access if you're misusing the platform or violating these terms — especially in cases of abuse, scraping, or fraud.
8. Updates to These Terms: We may revise these terms occasionally. Major changes will be communicated, but by continuing to use StyleLens AI, you’re accepting the latest version.
